I’ve spent almost two years working with the Cardiac Surgery Division at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In that time I’ve seen some incredible feats in medical and surgical treatment for kids with Congenital Heart Disease and I am running in this marathon to further raise awareness about CHD and to give back to both the medical professionals and patients that have impacted me so heavily during my time at CHOP.
