Team Joseph

We walk for Joseph–a sweet, vibrant, loving 11 year old who was born in 2005 with Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. Joseph has undergone two heart surgeries at CHOP and continues to be treated and monitored there. He loves the beach, skiing, soccer and his many friends. Please help us support programs that help Joseph and so many others like him to live longer than ever before!
