Blake’s Heart Warriors
We are raising money in honor of Blake Sofia, who was diagnosed prenatally with Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia and heterotaxy. She was delivered at CHOP in the Garbose Family Special Delivery Unit thanks to an amazing team of doctors and nurses, where she was immediately taken to be cared for. On her second day, she had a cath procedure to place a stent. In November 2022, Blake had open heart surgery for her full repair. She will need two additional surgeries as she outgrows the conduit. Kyle’s Beating Heart- 99% Grit – 1 Big Heart
At our 21 week scan, we found out that our son had a severely underdeveloped heart. His left side of his heart was significantly behind in growth compared to his right side. We prepared for the worst. When we went to CHOP for a echo cardiogram in utero, Kyle was diagnosed with aortic arch hypoplasia, which was causing his left side of his heart to not grow at the same rate as his right side. We we’re monitored by the Fetal Heart Program and delivered Kyle at CHOP Special Delivery Unit on May 10, 2018.$0.00 donated of $2,000.00 goal -
