Team Bella is raising money for Congenital Heart Disease Research and Programs. When Bella was born only a handful of children with her condition survived into adulthood. Today, Isabella is a junior in high school, she plays tennis and runs track. We know Isabella will have a long road ahead of her and things will get more complicated as she gets older but we also know that through research, Isabella and other children born with CHD will have the chance to grow up. ❤️ .
