    We are raising money in honor of Blake Sofia, who was diagnosed prenatally with Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia and heterotaxy. She was delivered at CHOP in the Garbose Family Special Delivery Unit thanks to an amazing team of doctors and nurses, where she was immediately taken to be cared for. On her second day, she had a cath procedure to place a stent. In November 2022, Blake had open heart surgery for her full repair. She will need two additional surgeries as she outgrows the conduit. She was also diagnosed at six months old with Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia...
