We are raising money in honor of Blake Sofia, who was diagnosed prenatally with Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia and heterotaxy. She was delivered at CHOP in the Garbose Family Special Delivery Unit thanks to an amazing team of doctors and nurses, where she was immediately taken to be cared for. On her second day, she had a cath procedure to place a stent. In November 2022, Blake had open heart surgery for her full repair. She will need two additional surgeries as she outgrows the conduit. She was also diagnosed at six months old with Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia through genetic testing. Blake is the most fierce, yet happiest little girl! Anyone who knows our sweet girl know she’s the silliest and lovable girl! She has endured so much already, and it has only made her stronger. We would love to help other families and fund further research!
